Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping service and will be calculated at checkout.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn or unused)
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Undergarments, including underwear, for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items and gift cards


If you're unsure about a specific item, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
